Part 1: Future Services Design for your company |
9am to 12pm For: C-suite, senior management, business owners, innovators This bootcamp is aimed at companies from all sectors who want to experience what it is like to develop the services of the future. Existing and new methodologies will be shared that will enable companies to take a systematic approach to designing their services to meet the needs of future consumers and take advantage of the opportunities presented by the ever-changing landscape. |
Part 2: Train-the-Trainer session |
2pm to 5pm For: Trainers, consultants, practitioners interested in future service design. TTT participants will have to attend the morning boot camp session as well. This training is aimed at practitioners interested in implementing the Future Services Design methodology. It provides the essential background principles for running a Future Services Design Bootcamp. |
