Magdelene has worked as an educator and trainer in both the public and commercial sectors for the past 20 years. She has more than 10 years of experience in management consulting and is an ACTA qualified trainer, Singapore PMC Certification Board certified Practising Management Consultant, and Singapore Productivity Centre accredited Food Productivity Consultant. Magdelene has led a team of consultants in the completion of consulting projects, overseeing the project’s procedures and final results to ensure quantifiable and qualifiable outputs.
Magdelene is an Associate Trainer for Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) and also a Health Promotion Board Approved Workplace Health & Promotion Trainer and Consultant. She has delivered training and consulting to both private and public sectors in the areas of process designing, automation, digitalization, branding and innovation, central kitchen set up, to name a few.
Chan Kwan Hong
Kwan Hong is an Advanced Certified Trainer and Assessor (ACTA), Singapore Certified Management Consultant (SCMC) and an Industry 4.0 expert. He was an approved ICV consultant at SPRING Singapore and an appointed Adjunct Lecturer at Nanyang Polytechnic to conduct business workshops.
Kwan Hong has vast experience in business process reengineering (BPR). Up to now, he has completed over 50 company transformation projects using various approaches in areas including food production and engineering. He streamlined 5 BCA strategic departments (BCA) and led the team in technology leverage, labour and cost reductions, and capital productivity.
Bernard is a stronger believer in Productivity and trained productivity consultant certified jointly by Japan Productivity Center (JPC) and Singapore Productivity Centre (SGPC). He has been working with enterprises and organizations in improving enterprise productivity through consultancy, productivity assessments, projects and programs. Through proven productivity frameworks, methodologies, tools and best practices coupled with system implementation leveraging on digital technologies to achieve business sustainability and growth.
Bernard has more than 25 years of industry experience in IT strategic planning, implementation, management and operation that effectively harness digital technology in delivering productivity to organisation and business. To date, more than 100 productivity projects have been implemented, including productivity measurement, IMPACT analysis, SMART Assessment, retail management solution, process redesign, Customer Insight, improved Inventory and warehouse management with Kaizen, Lean management and adoption of proven technologies such as RFID and 2-D barcode and digital transformation to omnichannel platform etc.
